Cranberry fluff is not your average salad and it has become a staple side dish at many homes during Thanksgiving. Not only it is easy to make this favorite dish even saves space in the oven because it’s just a salad that you can keep cool in the fridge.
Hey, if you’re new here, welcome! My name is Jenna and I love my air fryer! Plus, if you also follow the WW program most of my recipes will have the points added in the notes section.
I lightened this dish up by replacing the sugar with a can of crushed pineapple which will help sweeten the cranberries up and using Cool Whip instead of heavy cream. The Instant vanilla pudding gives it even more flavor.

What Ingredients do I need?
- Cool Whip - A frozen whipped topping that is found in the freezer section of the grocery store. I like it a lot because I’m lazy and don’t like beating heavy cream to making whipped cream. 😉
- Instant Vanilla Pudding - This is such a versatile ingredient to use in many desserts, I love them cause there’s so many flavors. Just add in milk to the pudding. There are different sizes of pudding mix. The regular pudding mix are 3.4 oz and the sugar-free are 1oz. Both require the same amount of milk used.
- Raw Cranberries - Use a food processor to finely chop them
- Crushed Pineapple - drained
- Marshmallows - pre-cooked, and chopped.
- See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.

That's fine as well. The sugar-free ones are 1 oz boxes I believe.

I love this recipe! I cannot find 1oz box of vanilla pudding so I use one 3.4oz of vanilla pudding per batch. I also use coco whip to make this recipe diary free. And I use mandarin oranges too instead of pineapple

You don't need any sugar. I updated the post so it wasn't confusing.

How much sugar should you add? Didn't see it listed in your recipe.
