These coconut magic pies are a delicious twist on the classic coconut magic bars. Just like oatmeal chocolate chip cookies or good old cheesecake it’s a a recipe everyone needs in their recipe box.

Have you ever had coconut magic bars? If you love chocolate or you’re a coconut fan or if you love s’mores. you will definitely love this flavor combo!

The classic magic cookie bars are so rich and delicious I thought it would be fun to make mini personal sized ones.

The bars are kind of a pain to slice and portion but when you do them as mini personal pies it’s so stinking easy.

Not to mention they are adorable!

When you use pre-made mini pie crusts the dessert is so quick and easy it is a fun one to do with the kids.

  • 1 Pack (6) Mini Graham Cracker mini pie crusts
  • 6 TBS Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 C Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 C Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 C Sweetened Condensed Milk
  1. Add 1 TBS coconut to each pie crust.
  2. Top with chocolate and peanut butter chips evenly divided.
  3. Cover with sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Bake at 350 until bubbly and hot about 15 Minutes.
  5. Serve warm.

They are so easy that it’s a great recipe to have the kids make.

Perfectly rich these single serving coconut magic cookie pies recipe is so easy you can let the kids do it.

Ingredients
