Vacationing with a family of 5

We have purchased CityPASS now for three cities: Southern California, New York and now Chicago. We have a family of 5 and this makes planning so easy and affordable!! Not to mention not standing in line for tickets!!!

Chicago CityPASS

The CityPASS was the perfect way to plan our stay in Chicago. I was able to show my daughter my favorite places in Chicago, and a few others as well. The CityPASS provided a better price, and skipping to the front of the line was like icing on the cake!.

Wonderful week in Chicago!

After doing much research about CityPASS and other group admission passes of the like, I knew I had to get the CityPASS. Chicago CityPASS gets you into 5 of the top sightseeing places - with an upgraded admission!

Great Price

My family came to visit us from Colombia. It was their first time in the states and I wanted to make sure their first vacation was more than what they expected it to be. When I came across the Chicago CityPASS online I knew it was just what I needed to make their trip memorable.

CityPASS Saved My Vacation and Marriage

We used Chicago CityPASS recently and it was a not only a vacation saver but a marriage saver. My husband and I would typically argue about which way to go and what to do next. The CityPASS was easy to use and offered detailed information as well as discounts.

Chicago CityPASS is rated4.7 out of5 by13900.

Rated 5 out of5 byMom of 3 fromHuge Help!I bought CityPASS for our family trip to Chicago. It was so nice and helpful to have all the tickets pre purchased, and at a discounted rate, for all the things we wanted to do. It worked out perfectly!!!

Rated 1 out of5 byRaghav fromDo not buy at attractio.Read terms before you buy.The pass should be redeemed before 9 days. It is only worth if you are completing all 5 attractions in 9 days.I bought the pass at the attraction and was given wrong information that we can reserve for future dates within 9 days and I hhad purchased 3 passes and my friend 6 passes. We were not able to reserve for future days as system is not allowing and was not able to complete 5 within 9 days. We lost money no help from customer care stating terms and conditions.

Rated 3 out of5 bytraveler fromChicago CitiPASS regretsI’ve bought these passes for several trips and I am very disappointed that the times and availability were not more clearly marked. Beware the art museum is CLOSED every Tuesday and Wednesday. The Adler Planetarium is only open Wednesday EVENING which is the free Illinois resident night. If visiting early/mid week it might not be with buying the larger pass! Seems like a bait and switch when items are closed and unavailable.

The architectural boat cruise was by far the best experience. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago the river walk area is beautiful and our tour guild was super knowledgeable. CityPASS was easy to use and very convenient. Would use it again in a different city.

Went to Chicago saw everything I could ask to see with ease and one great price. Looking at using this again in Tampa bay in a few months. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend

Rated 4 out of5 byMamahart fromEasy to change reservationsI feel like the app was very easy to use. We changed reservations times a couple of times and it was very simple. One suggestion I have is to update the Architecture Tour information. We made several stops with several vendors before we found out we needed Shoreline. Upon coming back home, I now see that information if I click on the map, but it should be easier than that.

Rated 5 out of5 byGreatChiTownTrip fromGreat value - one tipMy family of 4 saved around $200 with CityPASS on a trip to Chicago. The only hiccup was for the SkyDeck; CityPASS showed no tickets were available the night before we wanted to go or that morning. BUT I checked the app again around 10:30 am that morning and tickets were available for every reservation time. So we were able to go and it was a highlight of the trip. CityPASS customer service did not tell me to keep checking throughout the day, so if you can’t find a ticket on the day you want, keep checking throughout the day.
